| Salford Lads Club is famous round the world, mainly for being the site of a 1987 video from cult band The Smiths. But the Club has been open since 1904, staffed by volunteers anxious to improve the lives of young people in the area. What was it like, years ago? Some Old Timers tell us their stories. |
