It's really simple. I've spent 30+ years in my family's company which sold just one division for close to $10M so I've seen and known big business from the inside out. I've also been making stellar partnerships and digesting massive amounts of quality information since 2002 and have put a strong emphasis on slamming the bs, hype and nonsense. While I am perfectly comfortable experimenting with unorthodox marketing tactics and methods, I am dedicated to marketing with a conscience and only associate with like dispositions.
As for accomplishments, I believe it is misleading to put a dollar amount to it. Anyone can have a lucky payday under the right circumstances but for what it's worth, I was ahead of both Brad Fallon and Mike Filsaime, and 100s of other marketers, in "the coolest guy on the planet" SEO contest for at least a cool 4 weeks using a secret stealth program produced by my group. After declaring a personal victory, I moved on yet still retain the number 3 position many months later. ;-)
That's gotta be worth something... ;-) And actually, it was, because I took out a Google Adwords campaign during the competition and sold 8-10k worth of the application I'd used to achieve that number 1 position. Even though I boast, it's all been in good fun...
