Hi, my name is Alex Willemsma.

I am a homeschool graduate (I homeschooled grade 2 to grade 12), and a self professed computer geek. Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated by computers, how they work, and what they can do. As I've grown up I have taught myself any number of computer skills, from repair to trouble-shooting, programming to graphics. I've learned to use the internet and to create web pages. And I have done all of this with no formal training or expensive software -- just information I could find online and programs I could download. I've found what works and what doesn't. Just over a year ago I got my dream job as a web designer and programmer for a large internet based company.
