www.justgohealthy.com. I have been researching natural health and fitness for just about as long as I can remember. You could say, it is in my blood. My dad was into unheard of yoga on a ship during world war 2 as well as boxing and later Judo, running, aikido, weight lifting and still later shiatsu massage, etc way before these things were either known or accepted, in the West anyway. My mum was ahead of her time too doing yoga and following Dr Braggs fasting and foods for health. So of course I have grown up with all these things. I have also read, tried and tested and thought deeply about all sorts of ways for natural health and fitness utill I have come up with what I think is the most simple, natural and effective ways that I practise daily without being an extremist, to keep thourghouly fit and healthy.
Lately I have discovered secrets to our evolution now. It is a bit like a map of time itself. I observe it daily because you have got to admit, evolution is moving really fast now. (freeiq eh!) It is actually speeding up! With this map I can look ahead and have a good understanding of what is comming. So, peace of mind and centered is the result.
I consider myself an independent thinker.
